These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fantasy Football Chat ("FFC," "we," "us," or "our") for use of fantasyfootballchat.org, our Discord community integrations, and our Discord bots — including Nocturne and related FFC Discord automation (together, the "Services"). Nocturne is covered by these same Terms. It is not a separate product with separate legal terms.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility
The Services are intended for users who are 18 or older. By using them, you represent that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Accounts and Discord
You are responsible for activity under your account and linked Discord identity. Keep credentials secure. Do not share accounts or impersonate others. Tournament registration details must be truthful.
Tournaments and community rules
Tournament rules, schedules, and Discord community guidelines may be posted separately. Those rules still apply when you register or participate. We may refuse, suspend, or remove participation for cheating, harassment, abuse of bots or APIs, or other conduct that harms the community or the Services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services or bots
- Scrape or automate access in ways we have not authorized
- Post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Interfere with other users' tournament or Discord experience
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant FFC a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the Services (for example, registrations, profiles, and community posts). You are responsible for what you submit.
Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties such as Discord, Clerk, Sleeper, email providers, and hosting platforms. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those products. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" for a community fantasy football tournament. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific tournament outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FFC and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, abuse the community or bots, or if we shut down or reorganize the project. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and IP) continue after termination.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law says otherwise.
